A tracking number can be available before the carrier has physically received your parcel. Preparing a label and handing a parcel to the carrier are separate steps.
Label prepared
Once a shipping label has been created, your order can receive its tracking email. At this point the parcel has been prepared for shipment. The tracking page may show label information without a collection or movement scan yet.
Carrier acceptance and movement
Movement appears after the carrier receives and scans the parcel. A prepared label does not prove that collection has happened. Tracking information can also take time to appear after a scan, so an unchanged page immediately after the email does not by itself mean the parcel is lost.
Keep checking the carrier link
Use the tracking link in your order email to see the carrier’s latest information. Check the destination details shown in your order confirmation. If you did not provide a phone number, monitor the tracking page carefully because the courier may be unable to contact you by phone.
When to contact us
If the tracking information is unclear, or the carrier asks you to contact the sender, contact KillaXPablo with your order number and tracking number. We can check the shipment information without asking for your payment-card details.
