Delivery Terms
These Delivery Terms form an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. Effective from October 13th 2026. English version. Where the Buyer is a consumer, the decisive version is the one in the language in which the order was submitted; in relation to a business customer the Slovak version is decisive.

Methods of delivery and delivery charges
- We deliver the goods by courier service or, where applicable, by a postal undertaking. The available methods of delivery are displayed at checkout according to the country of delivery selected.
- The delivery charge is stated at checkout before the order is submitted and shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery destination and order value. Free economy delivery (the cheapest available service) is available on eligible orders of €50 or more to the EU and Switzerland, €150 or more to Great Britain (England, Scotland and Wales), and $150 or more to eligible US destinations. The threshold applies to goods including applicable VAT, after discounts. Express upgrades remain chargeable. For orders below these thresholds, the applicable shipping cost will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
- If the Buyer requests a special method of carriage, the Buyer bears the additional costs and the risk associated with it.
Delivery times
- We normally dispatch the goods within 2 working days of the conclusion of the purchase contract and the crediting of payment.
- The indicative delivery time is 3-10 working days for standard delivery and 1-5 working days for express delivery from dispatch of the consignment. These are the carrier’s time limits; the Seller is not liable for their observance beyond the carrier’s liability.
- We will deliver the goods no later than 30 days from the conclusion of the purchase contract, unless agreed otherwise. If we fail to deliver within that period, the Buyer may call on us to deliver within an additional reasonable period and, after it has lapsed without delivery, withdraw from the contract.
- We inform the Buyer of the dispatch of the consignment by e-mail; the notification normally also includes tracking information.
Taking over the consignment and age verification
- The Buyer is obliged to take over the consignment. On takeover, the Buyer shall check that the packaging is intact; if the packaging shows signs of unauthorised opening, the Buyer need not accept the consignment.
- The goods are intended for persons over 18 years of age. The carrier is entitled to require an identity document to be produced on handover of the consignment for the purpose of age verification. If the recipient does not produce a document or does not meet the age condition, the carrier will not hand over the consignment.
Unclaimed and undeliverable consignments
- If the consignment cannot be delivered for reasons on the Buyer’s side, the carrier will hold it or return it to the Seller.
- If it is necessary to deliver repeatedly or in a manner other than agreed, the Buyer bears the associated costs.
- Failure to take over a consignment is not a withdrawal from the contract. If the Buyer does not take over the consignment and does not withdraw from the contract, the Seller shall call on the Buyer to agree alternative delivery; if the Buyer does not respond within 14 days, the Seller is entitled to withdraw from the contract and to refund the purchase price paid, less the demonstrably incurred costs of delivery and return of the consignment.
Prices and value added tax
- The prices of the goods stated in the online shop are final prices for the consumer, inclusive of value added tax.
- For deliveries to other Member States of the European Union, the rate of value added tax of the country of delivery applies; the total price is displayed to the Buyer before the order is submitted.
- All prices are stated in euro unless otherwise indicated at checkout.
Consignments outside the European Union
- For deliveries outside the customs territory of the European Union, the goods are dispatched without the value added tax applied in the European Union.
- As importer, the Buyer bears customs duties, import value added tax, any excise duties, customs and brokerage fees and other local charges levied in the country of destination, and is responsible for completing the import formalities.
- Before ordering, the Buyer is obliged to verify whether the import, acquisition, possession and use of the goods are permitted in their country of residence.
- If a consignment is detained, returned, destroyed or not delivered in the country of destination because customs or tax charges were not paid, import conditions were not met, or the goods are restricted or prohibited in the country of destination, the Seller is not liable for the resulting loss and the associated costs are borne by the Buyer.
- Paragraphs 2 to 4 are without prejudice to the consumer’s right of withdrawal under Article VIII of the General Terms and Conditions or to their rights arising from liability for defects.
Damage to a consignment in transit
- If damage to the consignment is apparent on takeover, the Buyer shall notify the carrier without undue delay, draw up a damage report with the carrier and then inform the Seller.
- The Buyer shall notify the Seller of hidden damage without undue delay after discovering it, and no later than three working days from takeover, enclosing photographic documentation.
- The procedure under paragraphs 1 and 2 is without prejudice to the consumer’s rights arising from liability for defects.
