How to Read Caffeine Pouch Labels: Per Pouch vs Per Can

· 1 min read

A pouch, a can and a pack are different units. Before comparing products, check which unit each number on the label describes. A quantity printed for one pouch should not be read as the quantity for the whole can.

Start with the unit beside the number

Read the complete statement, including its unit and any qualifying text. “Per pouch” describes one pouch. “Per can” describes the contents of one can. The number of pouches in a can is a separate product detail. Do not assume that a large number on the front describes the same unit as a figure elsewhere on the packaging.

Keep packaging quantities separate

The quantity you select in the shop describes the product format you are buying. A single pack and a Tower10 are different purchase options; neither term replaces the ingredient or usage information on the individual product packaging. Open the current product listing to check the selected format and quantity before adding it to your cart.

Use the current product information

Product details can differ between ranges and formats. Read the packaging for the product in your hand and follow its instructions. This guide explains how to distinguish units; it does not replace the product label or recommend a serving amount.
